What's included in a support plan:

A. Network check up: We will document all of your network environment settings and perform regular checks which will ensure that you network is running at its best.

B. Regular OnSite Maintenance: A qualified technician will come to you at a regular times to perform a maintenance program. This will be customized for your needs and will also include support for any immediate issues.

C. Extra technical support time might be included in your plan. A discounted time can be used for online technical support, over phone consultations or onsite support.

D. Discounted hourly rate: You will get a 10% discount on the regular repair labour rate for any outside of support plan work.

E. For all supplied by us equipment you will get a free onsite warranty support with free replacement parts and labour

F. You will be provided with report at the end of each month that summarises systems performance, internet usage and any current issues.
