Computerhelper was established in 2003, privately owned business, aimed at
providing quality computer services to small to medium size businesses and home
users. We are young company and we understand that in order to grow and succeed
we must try to be better than others. It is not easy, but possible. The keys to success
are knowledge, experience, as well as the ability to really understand the
clients needs and of course the fair prices. Unfortunately in the current state
of IT industry there are far too many cases, when people get overcharged. Some
times due to incompetence of the person serving their computer, or mistaken
diagnosis, when people made to believe that they have to change a lot of
expensive parts.We understand, how important it is to fix your computer problems fast and
on site, however what is even more important is to analyze the reason(s) why the
problem happened in the first place and provide you with solution which would
eliminate the cause.
We also understand that in many cases people really depend on their computers
and it is especially vital to the operation of most businesses to get the
problems fix fast with minimum disruption. This is why we can offer technical
support after hours and on weekends. Also unlike many other computer
support companies, we do not charge you any extra for after-hours service.
